| The connection between my photography and my poetry is that they both come
from the same place within me. It is when they reach the surface that they
take different routes. Some of my poetry is Haiku. Haiku poetry has been
described as "painting word pictures". It has also been described as
"finding beauty in the ordinary". My Road Art, Tick Tock, and
Graffiti Evolution photography seek to do just that - find beauty in the
ordinary and in the normally unseen. Much of my poetry also speaks of the
angst within us and of those struggling to make it in life - as does my
photography series titled Broken Dreams.
